Preparation and delivery estimates

Products are usually prepared in 1–2 days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days across India. Free delivery is available across India.

Damage during transit

A product damaged during transit will be replaced free of cost. A full package-opening video is mandatory to claim a replacement for transit damage.

Record the complete package opening so that the package and condition of the product can be reviewed. Share the video and your order reference with NFCPlus support.

Errors made by our team

Mistakes made by the NFCPlus team, including product preparation errors, will be replaced. Contact the team with the order reference and details showing the error so it can arrange the replacement.
