How to Set Up an NFC Google Review Stand for Your Business
An NFC Google review stand directs customers to your business’s Google review page through a tap or QR scan. It makes the page easier to reach; it does not create or guarantee reviews.
1. Prepare the correct Google review link
Use the review link for the correct business location from your Google Business Profile. Open it yourself and check that it shows your own business before sharing it with the design team. If you manage several locations, confirm the location for this stand.
2. Share your logo and stand design details
Provide your business name, logo, Google review link, mobile number and delivery details in the order form. Ask the team for a quote and confirm the current stand options.
3. Test both tap and scan
Before using the stand with customers, test the NFC tap on a compatible phone and scan the QR code. Confirm that both routes open your business’s review page. Internet access is needed, and Google may ask the customer to sign in before posting a review.
4. Invite honest customer feedback
Place the stand where customers can comfortably use it, such as a reception desk or checkout counter. Invite feedback without requiring a particular rating. Do not offer rewards for a review or only ask customers who are expected to leave positive feedback.
The stand provides access to the review page; Google controls account sign-in, review submission and moderation.
