Details needed for a custom order

Provide your full name, card colour or artwork preference, mobile number, email, business name, logo, delivery address and PIN code. For a Google review stand, also provide the correct business review link.

WhatsApp order process

When WhatsApp checkout is available, upfront payment is not mandatory to place the order. We prepare your basic digital profile, then request the 20% order confirmation payment. The design team helps finalize the card artwork.

We prepare your card and share a video, request the balance payment, and dispatch the product through DTDC. For orders placed through online checkout, follow the payment requirement shown in the order form.

Shipping and order support

Products are usually prepared in 1–2 days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 days across India. Delivery is free across India. Confirm timing with the team for a time-sensitive order.

Transit-damaged products are replaced free of cost; a full package-opening video is mandatory for a transit-damage replacement claim. Mistakes made by our team, including product preparation errors, will also be replaced.
